A couple of weeks ago I invited Meghan Mulroney over for dinner and it happen to land on the same week Paul was coming into town. Knowing Paul was coming I knew right away what to make for dessert....APPLE PIE!!(my mom's famous recipe) So that evening I made a wonderful dinner of Pot Roast with carrots and mash potatoes, which I am sad to say I forgot to take a picture of :( and the delicious apple pie. We all were able to enjoy this delicious meal and dessert of apple pie before Paul came over and it was a good thing, because once Paul saw that Apple Pie I knew it was gone for good!! haha It was a great evening over all and I was really happy to see Paul!!

Hey.,,,just remember who you learned how to make that pie! You learned well...glad you are using your pie skills! j/k Glad you love to make pie! Not very many people do...because it takes so much time and work! Good thing I didn't have a lazy daughter...Keep up the good cooking!
