These pictures show why not to board an Airbus plane. :P It's actually amazing. No one died in this crash landing. This US Airways airplane crash landed in the Hudson River. All 148 people made it off safely. Apparently the plane failed because of birds. I sure hope the plane I fly in next is a little more robust. Kudos for the pilot for landing so smoothly on water. By the way I've never heard anything good about flying with US Airways. Avoid them at all costs.
